pll_language: This cookie is used to determine the preferred language of the visitor and sets the language accordingly on the website, if possible.

yt-player-headers-readable: Used to determine the optimal video quality based on the visitor’s device and network settings.

  • Cookies implemented by google:
    • _ga: Used to distinguish users. (Default duration: 2 years).
    • gid: 24 hours. Used to distinguish users. (Default duration: 24 hours).
    • gat: Used to limit the percentage of requests. If Google Analytics has been implemented using Google Tag Manager, this cookie will be called _dc_gtm_<property-id>. (Default duration: 1 minute).
    • __utma: Used to distinguish users and sessions. The cookie is created when the JavaScript library is executed and there is no cookie (Default duration: Two years from the configuration or update. __utma: The cookie is updated each time data is sent to Google Analytics.
    • __utmt: Used to limit the percentage of requests. (Default duration: 10 minutes).
    • __utmb: Used to determine new sessions or visits. The cookie is created when the JavaScript library is run and there is no __utmb cookie. The cookie is updated each time data is sent to Google Analytics. (Default duration: 30 minutes from setup or update)
    • __utmc: Not used in ga.js. It is configured to interact with urchin.js. Previously, this cookie acted together with the __utmb cookie to determine if the user was in a new session or visit. (Default duration: End of browser session).
    • __utmz: Stores the source of traffic or the campaign that explains how the user arrived at the site. The cookie is created when the JavaScript library is run and is updated each time data is sent to Google Analytics. (Default duration: Six months from setup or update)
    • __utmv: Used to store custom visitor variable data. This cookie is created when a programmer uses the _setCustomVar method with a custom visitor variable. It was also used for the _setVar method removed. The cookie is updated each time data is sent to Google Analytics (default duration: Two years from setup or update).

 

MARKETING COOKIES

Marketing cookies are used to track visitors to the websites. The intention is to display ads that are relevant and attractive to the individual user, and therefore more valuable to publishers and third party advertisers.

SDI: Used by Google DoubleClick to record and report on user actions on the website after viewing or clicking on one of the advertiser’s ads for the purpose of measuring the effectiveness of an ad and presenting user-specific ads. Expiration: 1 year

test_cookie: Used to check if the user’s browser supports cookies.
Expiration: 1 day

YSC: Records a unique ID to keep statistics of which You Tube videos the user has watched. Expiration: Session

What happens if cookies are disabled?

In the event of blocking or not accepting the installation of cookies, it is possible that certain services offered by our website that require their use will be disabled and, therefore, not available to you, so that you will not be able to take full advantage of all that our websites and applications offer you. It is also possible that the quality of the functioning of the website may be reduced.

 

Updates to the Cookie Policy

Our website may modify this Cookie Policy in accordance with legislative and regulatory requirements, or in order to adapt this policy to the instructions given by the Spanish Data Protection Agency, so users are advised to visit it periodically.

 

Server log files

The provider of this website and its pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser communicates to us automatically. The information comprises:

  • The type and version of browser used
  • The used operating system
  • Referrer URL
  • The hostname of the accessing computer
  • The time of the server inquiry
  • The IP address

This data is not merged with other data sources.

This data is recorded on the basis of Art. 6 Sect. 1 lit. f GDPR. The operator of the website has a legitimate interest in the technically error free depiction and the optimization of the operator’s website. In order to achieve this, server log files must be recorded.

 

Contact form

If you submit inquiries to us via our contact form, the information provided in the contact form as well as any contact information provided therein will be stored by us in order to handle your inquiry and in the event that we have further questions. We will not share this information without your consent.

Hence, the processing of the data entered into the contact form occurs exclusively based on your consent (Art. 6 Sect. 1 lit. a GDPR). You have the right to revoke at any time any consent you have already given us. To do so, all you are required to do is sent us an informal notification via e-mail. This shall be without prejudice to the lawfulness of any data collection that occurred prior to your revocation.

The information you have entered into the contact form shall remain with us until you ask us to eradicate the data, revoke your consent to the archiving of data or if the purpose for which the information is being archived no longer exists (e.g. after we have concluded our response to your inquiry). This shall be without prejudice to any mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods.

 

Request by e-mail, telephone or fax

If you contact us by e-mail, telephone or fax, your request, including all resulting personal data (name, request) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your request. We do not pass these data on without your consent.

The processing of these data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, if your request is related to the execution of a contract or if it is necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on your consent (Article 6 (1) a GDPR) and/or on our legitimate interests (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR), since we have a legitimate interest in the effective processing of requests addressed to us.

The data sent by you to us via contact requests remain with us until you request us to delete, revoke your consent to the storage or the purpose for the data storage lapses (e.g. after completion of your request). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular statutory retention periods – remain unaffected.
